Goat Yoga for Kids and their Grownups!

We've teamed up with wonderful Yoga Instructor Em for the ultimate baby goat school holiday event!

This yoga session is one with a difference! It's for any school aged child, and for any adult in their life! Whether it be a parent, an older sibling, or any other important adult in their life, you'll have the opportunity to pull up mats side by side, and have so much fun doing some yoga poses alongside little goats. You don't need to do all the moves, at any time you're more than welcome to stop and enjoy the goats. Or you might want to see whether the grown up or the child can master those yoga moves better! The choice is yours! Children are also welcome to attend the class without an adult doing the yoga, but they will need to be supervised on the side by an adult. We absolutely don't expect…
